The Intelligence Framework

Each asset is structured across three layers:

Project Profile — foundational project context: asset, company, geography, technology route and announced capex

Financing Visibility — the core differentiating layer, tracking what has been publicly committed, who the named financing parties are, and where the capital stack remains undisclosed

Execution Status — construction progress, sustainability targets, offtake visibility and latest material disclosure

The Five Financing Signals

Not every public disclosure carries equal weight. Five signals recur across nearly every tracked asset, and each indicates something specific about the size, timing and complexity of the coming capital stack: sponsor commitment, construction commencement, government support, EPC award or offtake, and named lenders. A project showing the first four with no fifth is, by definition, still in the pre-financing window.

What This Enables

Investment and origination teams use LDS to identify which large industrial and infrastructure projects have confirmed financing structures — and which remain at the pre-financing stage, where mandates have not yet been awarded.
