Sandeep Naidu founded LDS TerraGrid to address a specific gap in global industrial and infrastructure finance: project-level financing activity is fragmented across public disclosures, inconsistently monitored, and largely invisible to investment teams before mandates are publicly awarded.

With over two decades of experience across industrial development, renewable energy project origination and climate strategy — spanning India and international markets — Sandeep built LDS to bring structured intelligence to the pre-financing origination stage.
